Bernice Worthington has been working in the alternative health field since 2005. She received her certification as Naturopathic Practitioner from Gateways College in Shingle Springs California. She also completed courses with Bennett Stellar University receiving certification in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Hypnosis. Bernice is also a trained Reiki Master. Bernice began her practice in Sacramento, California and then moved to the Green Bay area in 2006 and along with her husband Craig opened their Natural Health Care Center, Mind and Body Healings, LLC. In 2011 Bernice along with her husband discovered an amazing therapy using sound frequencies and called it “ERST”, Emotional Release Sound Therapy. ERST International was added as a Division of Mind and Body Healings. My main focus is now on ERST and Reiki. Our intention is to bring ERST to the world through a network of practitioners. My passion to assist individuals to have amazing lives by moving them through old traumas and fears and removing the stress of everyday living that keeps them stuck and unable to move into the life they deserve.
