It became my passion to read everything that I could about health and wellness when my small children had consistent ear infections, even though I was not sure why I was so intrigued. I made a career change which inspired me to continue my passion for wellness, and graduated from Blue Sky Massage School in 2012. I met Craig and Bernice Worthington and started seeing Craig as my Naturopath, he helped me so much, I could not believe how intelligent he was as a Naturopath Practitioner and how quickly he helped me with my stress that was causing health problems. He introduced me to Emotional Release Sound Therapy which he and his wife Bernice founded. I am very appreciative of the schooling and hours of work that both of them have dedicated to people which led them to the findings of the new technique Emotional Release Sound Therapy. I saw the positive testimonials of clients having Emotional Release Sound Therapy done and knew that I would eventually be adding it to my practice as another tool to help clients. I was trained and certified in ERST in November of 2016 and I have several positive testimonials from clients who have had it done and also had life changing experiences.
