Along with my Emotional release Sound Therapy which I use to release behaviors and thought patterns that hold you back from being the best version of yourself, I am also a graduate of Blue Sky Massage and am a LMT & HTCP. I provide integrative massage and healing sessions such as lymphatic, myofascial, craniosacral, trigger point therapy among many other tools including Healing Touch, Reiki and Polarity balancing. I believe in working with all aspects of oneself physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
